Why Custom BMW Parts Are Worth Breaking The Bank

Everyone knows owning a German-made car, let alone a BMW, isn’t the most inexpensive thing to own in the entire world. However, there are just some things that are worth breaking the bank for. Custom BMW parts would definitely be one of them and here are five reasons why.

5) Feel

One of the most important elements of a BMW, in the eyes of enthusiasts, is its ability to handle better than a large percentage of other mass-produced cars. There is something about the “feel” of a BMW that will have you addicted the moment you go hard in to a turn. This glorious feeling is only compounded when custom BMW parts are installed to improve performance.

4) Torque

Straight-6 cylinder engines that have always been favored by BMW, naturally create more torque than a 90-degree V-6. But, who ever said you couldn’t have enough torque. Upgrading the performance of your BMW is totally worth breaking the bank when torque is involved. More torque just means better burnouts, crisper drifts, and faster acceleration.

3) Horsepower

Just as with torque, BMW has never been shy about getting as much horsepower out of their engines as possible without sacrificing reliability. Yes, realistically adding horsepower does have a dollar figure, however, ask anyone into cars – adding horsepower is priceless, hence why it is completely acceptable to break the bank when adding horsepower to your BMW.

2) Sound

Although the sound of your BMW won’t help you win any races or car shows, it will surely turn heads if an aftermarket BMW exhaust has been installed. The sound of a BMW inline 6-cylinder is one of the most recognizable exhaust notes besides maybe a 10-cylinder Ferrari or the Lexus LFA. There have even been rumors of a dating site for BMW owners where you decide who you want to talk to based-on the sound of their custom BMW exhaust.

1)   Passion

The number one reason it is perfectly fine breaking the bank for custom BMW parts – passion. There are some people that go their whole lives without being truly passionate about anything. One thing is for sure, these people are not BMW owners. To own a BMW you have to have a certain level of passion for what is the Ultimate Driving Machine.
